'Stork' in Phu Quoc tells about 3 months of making 9 billion VND
“There are 3-4 lots of transactions on the day, and I can't sleep at night. 3 months, I earned 9 billion VND. Thinking is much, but there are people who pocket 50-60 billion ”, the words of a" trigger "of land in Phu Quoc recount the story of getting rich in the fever of special land.
The special zone fever is one of the focal points of the real estate market in 2018. In soil fever, there are many brokers who know how to pocket money.
A broker named Nguyen Van Hung recounted a three-month story of "stork" in Phu Quoc (the time when the local fever peaked):
"The feverish rift of Phu Quoc land starts from July, August of the lunar calendar 2017. It was not until November, I decided to go to Phu Quoc to learn about the market and how to do business there. I do electronic refrigeration, I have 130 million dong in it.
When I entered, Phu Quoc land was in a fever. There are hundreds, when thousands of 'storks' are doing business on this fertile land. I make an acquaintance trading platform. The customer is a native, North has Hung Yen, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Hanoi, and South has Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc ...

Subdivision of semi-subdivided plots, buying and reselling Phu Quoc land is bustling beyond imagination. In early 2018, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City people rushed to Phu Quoc to buy public land (equivalent to 1,000 m2 each). A few months later, the market was in a fever. Buying and selling a plot of land may only happen in a split second. There are lots of first-time purchases of 700-800 million VND, 1-2 days later, when I sell, it is 100-200 million VND which is normal, peaks can be sold to 1.7 -1.8 billion VND, equal to 1 billion VND only after a few weeks.
There are even transactions that take place like this: I bought a plot of land, after signing the contract for only 10-15 minutes, I handed it to others, making a profit of VND 100-200 million. There were lots of public land, and after that time, I sold them to customers and pocketed VND 700-800 million.
One day, I traded 3-4 times. The peak has a day of buying and reselling, the total revenue is about VND 20 billion, of which I pocket approximately VND 2 billion. When the night came, the feeling of lightheadedness could not go to sleep, just hoping that it was morning to go to work, sometimes leaving breakfast to go to work. Of course, there are days when there is nothing to do.
There are customers who buy land remotely, ie I advise, send records, planning plans online. They finished watching and transferred the deposit, waiting for the date of the new notary appointment to receive the land. That was the time when the fever reached a climax. I have 2 customers like that.
From the time I entered Phu Quoc to start this job until the inspection and then postponed the Special Law, only 3 months, I pocketed 9 billion.
In fact, compared to the common ground, earning 9 billion is not too much. There is a friend of mine, working for 6 months, earning 50-60 billion VND. Of course, not everyone is lucky to earn money like that. Some people come later, only earn a few, three hundred million dong. But calculated, that level is also high compared to previous occupations.
After the inspection entered and then there was a postponement through the Special Law, brokerage activities stalled. There are 'storks' still holding lots of land. Hugging with my money, it's okay to hug with borrowed money. I myself am hugging one, several lots. Selling is also selling, but the price is not so good so keep it ".

In the trend to welcome special economic zones, the fever to Phu Quoc peaked from the end of 2017 and cooled down only 3-4 months later. There are lots of land when buying only 800 million dong, 18 billion dong after 3 years. This is the strongest fever in the past 10 years.
On the pearl island, the "trigger" of land is considered to be a lot more than a tourist, being considered as much as a mushroom growing after rain. Many people quit their jobs in the mainland to go to the island to work as a "trigger" in hopes of getting rich.
According to Youth, by the end of November 2017, this locality had 11,807 land transactions, corresponding to about 36 successful transactions per day, ie less than an hour with one transaction.
Vietnamnet also leads data from September 2017 to December 2018, Phu Quoc District Land Registration Office receives about 1,000 dossiers applying for land use right certificates every month. On average, each day receives over 300 visitors.
However, around June, July 2018, after the Deputy Prime Minister directed the inspection of Phu Quoc agricultural land, and then there was a postponement through the Special Law, the "trigger" of the land began to withdraw from the locality. This, land prices leveled off, land fever cooled down. However, many "storks" have made money from the land fever.
